Green Beans with Almonds & Cranberries

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh green beans, stems removed, cooked until just tender
  • ¼ cup Carlson Olive Your Heart®, lemon flavor
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup scallions, sliced
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black ground pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted

Directions

1. Add Carlson Olive Your Heart®, lemon flavor, soy sauce, and scallions to large sauté pan over low heat. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes. Add pre-cooked green beans, cranberries, salt, and pepper; cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer.
2. Remove from heat. Stir in almonds and serve.
